Dayton, Ohio 2024 Year-End Housing Sales

2024 was another strong year for the Dayton, Ohio housing market. Here’s what happened:

-Over 17,000 homes were listed which is a nearly 5% increase over 2023.  

-Sales increased by over 5% as well.  

-Total value for the year was 14% over last - a very significant number considering that            was about $4 billion total.  

-The median home price again increased an incredible 7% to 240,000.  

 Confirming  a true Seller’s Market, the sale to list price ratio remained unchanged at -100%.  Sellers were getting offers at their asking price.
