Bellbrook, Ohio received its name after being settled in 1816 by one of its founders - Stephen Bell - combining his last name with the plethora of waterways in the area. Hence, Bell- brook was born, growing into a city of just over 7,000 people today.

Moving past some of the city's history, a big pull for many folks is that it’s one of four cities in the state that doesn’t levy a local income tax. That’s not to say emergency services aren’t present, in fact they’re some of the best in the area, it just means residents can live that much more comfortably. Alongside this, there’s a number of local parks, walking paths and a navigable downtown to explore. What’s not to love?
