    I cannot say enough positive things about David Campbell, with Caldwell Banker, and his integrity as not only a realtor, but as a person. After the sale of our home was complete I asked that he give me a list of places where I could leave reviews for him so that I could make sure everyone knows what an asset he is to this real estate market. I found him in an internet search and asked if he would be willing to come to our home for an initial consultation. He had an excellent presentation prepared and answered all of our questions. Not only did he live up to his original promises, but he went above and beyond. We sold our house very quickly, above asking. In one weekend we had almost 40 showings and 8 offers.     Overall I have to say David was great across the board. Being a first time home buyer he was always extremely helpful and quick to respond. He is very knowledgeable about the home buying process as well as what to look out for during tours/inspections. Leading up to closing I had some post inspection requests that I was asking for, but got push back from the seller. David helped me tactfully and aggressively negotiate with the seller and I got nearly everything I was hoping for post inspection.
