It's pretty tough to find a good realtor sometimes and I can definitely say we found the best real estate agent in Dayton! Where's the option for more than five stars? That is the best way to summarize our experience with David selling our home! We first met David in our search for a new home, so it only made sense to use David again to sell our existing home. When we were getting to the time to sell, David took the time to walk through our home and point out in great detail the things we needed to work on that buyers would be looking for. His honesty in pointing out the good, and the not so good, definitely made a difference in preparing our home for listing. That helped a great deal as we had never sold a home before.
