We have now bought two homes with David, and he has been phenomenal both times! He has an incredible eye when walking through a home to notice details and potential concerns. He always responded quickly to any needs we had, and made sure to deal with issues promptly and completely to keep us moving toward closing. Would recommend him to anyone!

Extremely (about a year) overdue review, but David helped us buy and subsequently sell (military; 3 years in Dayton) our first house and we could not have been more satisfied. David was extremely professional throughout the entire process and was in our corner every step of the way. We respected his experience throughout the process, but it meant the most when he would give us his earnest assessment of the situation. When we were hit with new curveballs in the process he would help us understand what had changed, why it had changed, and what our options were going forward (with realistic expectations for each option) David is about the closest you can come to having your dad help you buy or sell your house in the best possible way. He’s got your back!
