Things have gone well since. So well, in fact, that I was named as an Associate Partner in 2004. Most of my family lives in the Dayton area so I think I’ll stay around for a while. Outside of real estate my biggest interest has to be automotive. I really enjoy tinkering on my big block “71” Camaro and “86” Corvette Pace Car.

Why work with a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)?
I earned this designation so I could offer more value to my sellers in the Dayton area. An SRS is a member of a group of trained seller advocates, specializing in seller representation.
It's an edge most Realtors can't offer. I do believe experience counts and credentials matter.

The Dayton OH area is a military town. Our largest employer is Wright Patterson Air Force Base and I grew up living near the base and still live there to this day.
