My name is David Campbell and I grew up in the Dayton, OH area along with my only sibling, Elizabeth.  I've lived in the area my entire life and I've never had the inclination to move away! I went through the Beavercreek school system and on to Wright State University. I cut grass through school to earn extra cash and graduated with an MBA. After a short stint as an adjunct teaching professor at Wright State, I found my way into the real estate business through a family member's urging who worked part time as an agent. I started with a smaller independent real estate company but soon realized the limitations of that in terms of branding, technology, training, and reach.  After my first year, I went to Coldwell Banker and have been here ever since.

I have two cars that I love to tinker with: a '71' Camaro and '86' Corvette pace car. I took some automotive classes at Sinclair College, when I once had my sights set on becoming a master mechanic. That gave way to my real estate interest, but the knowledge I gained has helped me to appreciate and enjoy my hobby. I'm always up for a walk around Kettering Rec's pond with my partner Evelyn or a bike ride through Beavecreek. It's fun to take a hike in the woods, or to catch some bluegills, or to set off to the range to bust some clay pigeons.  


WHAT DO YOU DO?

I help people buy and sell real estate. Anytime I've worked with another person on a business level; be it buying a car, purchasing a computer, or working with my accountant or financial advisor, the thing I appreciate most is someone that is easy to work with. That means someone that does not make you feel uncomfortable or awkward about reaching out to them with multiple questions. Someone that is approachable. Someone that does not try to intimidate or make you feel like they are the special one.  Someone that responds quickly, consistently, and completely to all questions and inquires. I want people to feel this way about me and how I conduct my business. My goal is to be easy to work with.  

There are several thousand Realtors in the Dayton OH area and I want to be among the ones people speak highly of, refer to, and enjoy working with.  Any agent can get a deal closed; it's not rocket science.  I want to get it closed AND have my client walk away feeling good about it. I want them to feel that I was easy to work with and they would enter another transaction with me without hesitation. If I can get there, then I've achieved my goal.  I have hundreds of testimonials on Google, Realtor.com, Zillow and Angie's List.  I want to be the best real estate agent you've ever worked with!

Although I'm licensed in the state of Ohio I work mostly Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties  including Dayton, Beavercreek, Kettering, Bellbrook, Sugarcreek Township, Centerville, Washington Township, Miamisburg, Oakwood, Springboro, Clearcreek Township & more!
